To qualify for the prize, be sure to use at least one Cricut cut on your project and let us know which cartridge(s) you used. If you use a Cricut Explore machine, at least one cut must be from the Cricut catalog of images.
For today's card I experimented with blending some inks, which I have never done using traditional ink pads. I found a few of my older cat's eye shaped mini inks that were almost dried up, which worked perfectly for this project (and to think I almost threw them out the other day!) For the blue background I inked my embossing folder and then for the other colors I just applied them directly. I was going for the look of a unicorn flying over a rainbow which is kind of a stretch but I think it came out pretty well anyway and wasn't a terrible first attempt. I'm bummed that the shimmer spray I used on the unicorn didn't translate to the photo. I tried many different ways but just couldn't seem to get it, so please just imagine her sparkly ;)
