PDE Linky Party ~ Anything Goes

Hello friends! Happy Friday! I just returned from a 5-day trip to Nashville to visit my brother and his wife. I went with my parents and my 90-year-old grandma! She traveled like a rock star! Four hour plane ride -- no problem for Grams! We had such an awesome trip and lots of quality family time.

Today begins another PDE Linky Party! This is actually my first post as a new DT member so I'm super excited! We would love to have you join us and share any kind of crafty project you like. To see the full guidelines and link up your creations, click HERE or on the badge directly below. We look forward to seeing what you create!

I decided to go with a Christmas card, even though it's not even Thanksgiving yet. Annoying, I know! But I got excited about sharing my first hand-colored background. Yes, I've been sucked in to the new trend of adult coloring books. I started doing it before I even realized it was a trend but now the popularity of it is great because there are so many more products available. This particular background came from an Anna Griffin coloring book (see details below) but I love working with all different kinds. Anyway, I hope you like my first published attempt!....

  1. Sounds like a great trip! Love your Grandma part of it. I've been looking at those adult coloring books. Keep thinking maybe I'll try it. Haven't gotten one yet though. Beautiful card background. I would have thought it was pattern paper if you had not said you had colored it. It looks amazing. Great Christmas card. Happy to have you be a part of our team!
