My vacation themed card was inspired by cruises. It's been insane this summer with the number of people in my life who are going on cruises.... Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, Disney, and more! I thought the ombre background had a kind of watery effect and then the other elements were just fun, loud, sparkly, happy, flowery, and bright.... just like a cruise. I've only been on one but it certainly was all of those things! Afterwards I noticed that the card size is perfect for boarding passes or airline tickets, so there's an added bonus I didn't even plan.... love it when that happens!

Thank you for visiting me and I wish you a fantabulous day!
I like how the letter is cut with that shadow background - add those tickets and send them to me - I am ready for a vacation! hehehhehe - thanks for sharing your lovely work and have a blessed week
ReplyDeleteI love to cruise, Diana. Your card is lovely. The embossing and flowered letters make for a great design.
ReplyDeleteThis is a really fun card! I love the rhinestones! Isn't it fun when we discover something special about our own creations that we didn't even think about!
